Entuitive is the Building Envelope Consultant, Structural Engineering Consultant, and Energy Modelling Consultant. Our scope of work includes schematic design, design development, contract documents, and contract administration.
The building is designed to meet BC Energy Step Code 4 as per District of Squamish minimum requirements and designed to be Net-Zero energy with roof-mounted PV panels.
