Canyon Creek Heights

The Canyon Creek Heights complex includes 14 unique buildings that had extensive and systemic building envelope failures related to the roof, windows, and cladding.

RESIDENTIAL

Existing roofing and cladding had failed significantly, resulting in damages throughout the complex.

The complex is of older vintage, which also adds the issue of asbestos abatement to manage during a full reclad of all buildings, including replacing stucco and vinyl siding with Hardie Panel and Hardie Plank cladding, replacing all windows and doors, and replacing the failed roofing system with a proper system tied into the envelope.

This included full design, tender, bid review, contract administration, and regular site reviews.

Entuitive was fully involved in the preliminary investigations and conducted contract administration and site technical support.
