400 Albert Street Development
The 400 Albert Street Development in Ottawa consists of two residential towers, A and B, of 23 and 29 storeys, respectively.
The two towers share a two-storey commercial/retail podium and three levels of underground parking.
Tower A contains approximately 232 residential units, and Tower B, 335 units, for a total project unit count of 567 purpose-built rental units.
The project involves a number of interesting constraints including the combination of rental, commercial and retail space.
Each tower differs in terms of floor plate and internal configuration.
