This week Entuitive announced the addition of Greg Woltman, M.A.Sc., P.Eng. to its Ottawa leadership. His addition supports the company’s growing mandate for multi-use residential towers, new construction, special projects, and heritage landmark work.
An accomplished project manager and lead technical design engineer, Greg joins Entuitive with 15 years of industry expertise and career-defining projects in Ottawa, Toronto, and Atlantic Canada. His experience with high-rise residential projects and institutional buildings, as well as with major renovations and fit-ups, is a valuable asset to the Ottawa team.
Greg’s high-profile portfolio includes the Parliament Hill Visitor Welcome Centre, Lansdowne Park redevelopment, and Zibi sustainable community. Landmark projects also include the University of Ottawa Faculty of Health Sciences, Bank of Canada Head Office renewal, Rideau Centre revitalization, Shopify’s Head Office fit-up, and residential towers up to 52 storeys.
Greg is experienced in a wide variety of project types and delivery models, including successful design-builds with over $100M in construction value. He believes in a creative, collaborative, and economical approach, beneficial in feasibility studies and concept designs for projects of all sizes.
Greg joins Entuitive’s growing Ottawa office, which has seen sustained growth in new projects and client mandates since opening in 2022.

265 CATHERINE STREET

Entuitive is the structural engineer for Brigil’s flagship project at 265 Catherine Street, the former Greyhound bus terminal site. The project is a mixed-use development of over a million square feet, comprised of three towers of 26, 36 and 40 storeys, and townhouses.
LOYALIST COMMUNITY HUB PROJECT

Entuitive is the structural engineer and building envelope consultant for the Loyalist Township Community Hub Project, a place for residents to come together within the community. The project includes the expansion and renovation of the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre, including accessibility upgrades throughout the existing facility, and the construction of a new aquatic facility.
PROVIDENCE MOTHERHOUSE BUILDING

Entuitive is the structural consultant working with G Architects to renovate the historic Providence Motherhouse Building in Kingston. The existing building, whose original construction dates to the 1800s, is undergoing various accessibility upgrades including new elevators, as well as an upgrade and refresh of an existing entrance for the Sisters of Providence of St. Vincent de Paul.
