Nick Greven and Adam Kirsh have both been promoted to Senior Associate.
We are also pleased to announce that Kirk Haugrud, Justin Fried, Cody Bezaire, David Hubbell, and Michael Chow have each been promoted to Associate.

Nick Greven - Senior Associate
As a key leader in our Transportation Group, Nick has excelled in both project delivery and business development, helping shape the future of our firm. His contributions span across a wide range of complex projects, particularly in below-grade transit structures.
Nick has been instrumental in developing and implementing technical standards and software tools that have greatly improved our project delivery efficiency. His work on the RFEM software program and associated training resources has streamlined processes, making onboarding faster and enhancing our team's technical capabilities.
In addition to his technical proficiency, Nick has shown remarkable leadership in supporting our business development efforts. His role and involvement in several major pursuits have reinforced his ability to build strong client relationships. His efforts have led to repeat business and new opportunities, positioning him as a trusted advisor within the industry.
Adam Kirsh - Senior Associate
Adam has demonstrated outstanding leadership and technical expertise, particularly in stabilizing and driving the success of the Toronto Restoration team.
His financial acumen has been critical in managing complex projects. In 2024, he successfully oversaw a portfolio of Metrolinx projects with a combined net fee of over $1.4M, consistently maintaining strong profitability. His ability to streamline processes and resolve challenges has contributed to the team's success.
Adam has also played a significant role in business development, particularly with the Metrolinx portfolio, increasing proposal opportunities and boosting win rates. As a mentor, Adam works closely with his colleagues, helping elevate their skills and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
Kirk Haugrud - Associate
With over 10 years of experience at Entuitive, Kirk has consistently exceeded expectations and demonstrated exceptional technical leadership. He has successfully managed complex, high-profile projects such as Jayman Mahogany, Place 10 Residential Towers, and Frontier (Legion Phase 2), ensuring profitability and quality through meticulous design and coordination.
Kirk is also an active contributor to our Technical Committee and Knowledge Centres, having authored key design aids and provided valuable feedback on guidelines. His expertise in structural design and project management has made him a go-to resource across multiple offices, and he continues to mentor staff and lead training initiatives.
Justin Fried - Associate
Justin has been with Entuitive since 2012 and is a key member of the Special Projects Team in Calgary, focusing on large renovations and small-to-medium new construction projects.
Justin leads a variety of projects as Project Principal (PP) and Project Executive (PX), successfully managing teams and ensuring high-quality, profitable outcomes. He has consistently delivered impressive results, with $995K in work delivered in 2024 alone. His ability to build strong client relationships is evident through repeat business, such as his work with McDonald's Corporation, where he was engaged for both a flagship restaurant and a redevelopment review.
A natural mentor, Justin takes an active role in supporting junior staff and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. He completed the LEAD Program in 2024, further honing his leadership skills.
Cody Bezaire - Associate
Over his 12-year tenure, Cody has shown leadership potential and long-term commitment to Entuitive. As Regional BIM Manager for Western Canada, Cody has played a central role in building a high-performing BIM team across Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver, cultivating a strong mentorship culture that has contributed to the team's ongoing success.
As the leader of the BIM Knowledge Centre, Cody has spearheaded the development of standards and templates that benefit all sectors and services. Cody has also led key projects such as the Calgary Event Centre, where he has managed the BIM process while mentoring junior staff and ensuring smooth coordination with various teams.
In addition to his technical contributions, Cody plays a significant role in mentorship, staff engagement, and fostering a positive team culture. His leadership extends to various company-wide initiatives, including the Responsive Design sprints and the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
David Hubbell - Associate
David, a key member of Entuitive’s Transportation team, has made significant contributions to the growth and technical excellence of the firm since joining us in 2019 through the acquisition of Brown|CO. With a background that spans from academia to practical engineering, David has become an essential leader, known for his innovative approach to complex bridge projects and his dedication to mentoring junior engineers.
As a Project Principal on several high-profile projects, including the Canada Drive-America Avenue Bridge and Hwy 7/8 Pedestrian Bridge, David has demonstrated exceptional technical leadership and an ability to deliver creative solutions that meet both client needs and engineering challenges. His work, particularly in Rail Structure Interaction (RSI), has enabled Entuitive to tackle increasingly complex transit and bridge projects, while his focus on design and constructability has contributed to repeat business from key clients like Aecon and EllisDon. Additionally, David plays a vital role in strategic planning, recruiting, and knowledge sharing across the firm.
Michael Chow - Associate
Since joining Entuitive in 2022, Michael has quickly established himself as a key leader within the Vancouver office, where he leads the Existing Buildings service and plays an integral role in expanding our work in building envelope restoration.
In his role, Michael oversees project management, mentoring, and career development for team members while also playing a strategic role in recruiting and staffing. His leadership has been essential to the growth of our Vancouver team, and his ability to lead large, multidisciplinary projects has contributed to success in competitive public RFPs. Michael’s sustained performance in winning and delivering work, along with his strong client relationships, showcases his readiness for ownership within the firm.
