Tom co-manages the special projects & renovations group at Entuitive, leading projects and mentoring junior staff. He is a strong supporter of intermediate and junior staff development, continually sharing knowledge and encouragement. He is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the group in Toronto and is dedicated to the technical guidance and mentorship of the group as a whole. Tom is also a member of the Timber Knowledge Centre and created the Cold Formed Steel Knowledge Centre. His project portfolio includes existing building renovations, new building design, tenant fitouts, mechanical equipment support, and more.

Tom has developed a strong working knowledge of building codes (NBC, OBC, and other provincial codes), design standards (CSA 086, CSA S16, CSA A23, CSA A37, CSA S136), design aids, and standard industry practices. He is proficient in design software such as RAM, SODA, SAP 2000, SAFE, Woodworks, MASS masonry software, and utilizing excel for design.
