Randy Thesen is an integral member of the Entuitive leadership team through his role as Principal.
Randy is the leader of Entuitive's structural restoration services and also leads the special projects and renovations group in the Calgary office.
He has been involved in thousands of building improvement projects over 20 years, with experience in a wide variety of building types, including institutional, academic, healthcare, retail, commercial, and residential structures.
Virtually all of Randy's projects involve facilities that are operating, a challenge he gladly accepts. He applies his project management skills to schedule creatively, using his skills as project leader to develop innovative engineering solutions with his team. Equally important, it's an opportunity for Randy to practice what he particularly enjoys collaborating with building owners and managers, architects, tenants, developers, consultants, and contractors.
