With over 30 years of experience, Michael works in every aspect of project delivery, from concept design through to construction completion. Known for his hands-on approach, he delivers solutions on time and on budget, ensuring a high level of technical excellence in each project. He has experience across a diverse range of delivery models, including fast-track, phased tendered, design build, and public-private partnerships (AFP/P3), understanding and managing the risks associated with each.

Michael's projects have won international and provincial acclaim for engineering excellence and design innovation. Notable project achievements include major Canadian aviation developments for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and the Winnipeg Airports Authority, as well as numerous transit projects for Metrolinx and the Toronto Transit Commission. His international work includes transit projects in the United Kingdom, Qatar, and Israel.
