Matthew is an Associate at Entuitive with over 15 years of industry experience. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including property condition assessments, reserve fund planning, parking garage restoration, condominium construction management, and as an independent consultant.

Matthew is a team member who proactively works with all parties involved in the project, facilitating technical communication, support, and project planning. With experience in most building systems, he has a well-rounded approach to the impacts decisions have on project budgets and timelines.

In his role in the building restoration group, Matthew is involved with the production of drawings and specifications, technical consulting, and contract administration. He has been involved in a multitude of diverse projects in both new and existing building stocks, and has extensive field review experience for all types of projects, taking particular pride in meeting tight deadlines.
