Jennifer is a strategic, results-oriented, Human Resources leader providing broad perspectives that support business goals through trusted partnerships. She is focused on building and driving HR strategy, talent, and initiatives that enable strong business growth. She has multi-industry experience in start up and shut downs, to building on current HR programs, to becoming an Employer of Choice, including 3P Construction, highway operations, retail, healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, IT, and consumer product goods.
