A strong leader and accomplished Structural Project Manager, with 16 years of industry experience and a focus on professional client relations. Greg develops realistic and constructable solutions based on experience and technical expertise. He leads projects of all sizes and delivery models from conceptual design to completion. His varied work includes new structures, feasibility studies, tenant fit-ups, load reviews, seismic retrofits, and renovations of existing facilities.

Greg’s experience in new construction and retrofits includes many landmark buildings in Ottawa and Eastern Ontario in particular, where he has spent much of his career. These include the Parliament Hill Visitor Welcome Centre, Lansdowne Park Redevelopment, Shopify Head Office Fit-Up, Rideau Centre Renovation, University of Ottawa Faculty of Health Sciences, CSEC Headquarters, and residential towers up to 52 stories. Greg’s projects include institutional, commercial, and residential projects, and all major structural materials.

For the recently completed University of Ottawa Faculty of Health Sciences Building, Greg led the structural team in the successful design and completion of the structural elements only 12 months after contract award. This is remarkably fast for a $130M, 240,000 sf building which includes timber, concrete, and steel elements, and required careful coordination between all project partners.

A technical leader, Greg is active in peer reviews and quality control processes, and experienced in advanced analyses such as vibration control and seismic retrofits. He remains informed on the latest structural innovations and building practices. He takes pride in meeting client deadlines and providing active support throughout the construction process.
