Dave is a Senior Associate with over 16 years of experience in engineering and construction. He has experience across all disciplines of the building industry, including high-end commercial, hospitality, high-rise residential, institutional, sports and recreation, healthcare, transportation, retail, and renovation work.

Dave has worked with all types of construction, including structural steel framing with composite concrete-on-deck slabs, reinforced concrete slabs, pre-cast slabs, and post-tensioned (bonded and un-bonded) framing. He has provided contract administration services for a number of LEED® Platinum buildings, and worked with multiple types of project delivery mechanisms, from stipulated price contracts and construction management phased-tender work to design-build-finance-maintain projects.
